Canadian Constitution Act (1982) ; Section 35 (2)  The aboriginal People of Canada include the Indian, Inuit and the Metis.  Where as the Metis People of Canada, from : British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, NorthWest Territories, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Nunavut, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Alberta and the Yukon were,   Born  Free and Equal in    Dignity and Rights
